Avocadoes are an excellent source of healthy fat. We all need fat so don’t be afraid of it! The creamy texture and deep chocolate-y taste of this pudding had me oohing and aahing with pleasure!
Healthy Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
3 avocadoes
6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa/cacao powder (i.e. Dagoba Organic Cacao Powder http://www.amazon.com/
-Organic-Chocolate-Certified-Powder/dp/B001K2HWNU)
¼ cup raw honey (look for it at your local farmers’ market)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Sea salt
Directions
Puree avocadoes, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla in a food processor until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides a few times. Sprinkle pudding with salt before serving.
Prep Time: 10 Minutes, Cook Time: None! Serves 4
